Luton Interpreting and Translation Service (LITS) is an established, trusted, sustainable and resilient language service (with over 30 years of experience); LITS currently provides a ‘one stop shop’ for the super-diverse local communities across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and other neighbouring areas.  One of our key advantages is that, our extensive resources are focussed on providing a bespoke and qualitative service which delivers economies of scale and social value.

LITS is an award-winning service and has been delivering language services ethically and effectively and we continue to provide services to all sectors including, public, private, health, voluntary and businesses across Luton and the neighbouring areas, ensuring they receive a fast, dedicated, reliable and efficient service.

Our language service providers (LSPs) are qualified, experienced and professional and are available to work with professionals from various sectors including Social Services, Fraud & Investigations, Licensing, Trading Standards, Housing, Educational Establishments, Legal (Courts and Solicitors), Job Centres, Immigration and Asylum, Hospitals and many others. Our LSPs are UK based and hold various qualifications such as (but not limited to) the Diploma of Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Metropolitan Police Test, Institute of Linguistics membership (IOL) and are registered on the National Register for Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI).
